- Commitments have been increased overall by €3.57 billion and amount to €172.2 billion. Payments have been increased by €1.6 billion, reaching a total of €155.2 billion.

Member states will be able to transfer money between different funds to meet their particular requirements. For example, money earmarked for an infrastructure project could be used to buy medical ventilators, support SMEs or invest in short-term employment schemes.
