One aspect of EU energy policy is to link the energy infrastructure of EU countries. The strategy for this is set out in the form of guidelines, in Regulation (EU) No 347/2013, the so-called ‘TEN-E Regulation’ (consolidated version of 31/3/2020)

Oil supply connections in Central Eastern Europe (OSC): interoperability of the oil pipeline network in central eastern Europe to increase security of supply and reduce environmental risks.
