STAFF - YOUR BUSINESS IN EUROPE
Your Staff has the right to be protected against accidents, as well as o work in healthy working place.
EU-rules specify minimum requirements for providing a safe, healthy working environment, including general principles on:
​
  • preventing/eliminating risk and accident factors
  • giving workers and their representatives relevant information and training.

You must for example introduce measures to prevent dangerous situations and provide for first aid - and appoint 1 or more trained staff members to ensure these measures are complied with.
