EU to Change Agriculture Policy

European Commissioner Christophe Hansen (LUX), responsible for Agriculture, has announced that in the second half of the year he will present a comprehensive proposal for the reform—or at least the revitalisation—of the Common Agricultural Policy. The initiative aims to simplify reimbursement and aid procedures for farmers, enhance competitiveness, reduce the burdens imposed by the Green Deal, and support farmers in expanding their market globally.​Continue reading....
