Air Polluants by Sectors - EU Legislation
EU laws regulate emissions of air pollutants from various sources and sectors. They are often accompanied by legal acts adopted by the Commission using its delegated and implementing powers.
Energy
- Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products.
- Directive 2012/27/EU of 25 October 2012 on energy efficiency, amending Directives 2009/125/EC and 2010/30/EU and repealing Directives 2004/8/EC and 2006/32/EC.
- Directive (EU) 2015/2193 of 25 November 2015 on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from medium combustion plants.
