- You will be able to access the purchased document by logging into the www.eeuropa.org Platform.
- You will find the link to your document in the "Manage Your Account" window that opens or by selecting "My Account" in the top menu.
- You can manage your account by selecting "My Account" in the top menu. There you can change your login details, check the status of your subscriptions and purchases, update and cancel your subscriptions. For any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- In the case of a new purchase, we suggest you use the same email. This will allow you to use the same password to access your purchases and to see them all in the same account management window. Otherwise you will have to log in with a different emails.
- As this is a digital products, no returns or refunds are allowed.
