How to read the indicators
Inflation Annual change in the all-items Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP).
Unemployment Seasonally adjusted share of the labour force that is unemployed.
Real GDP growth Seasonally adjusted percentage change from the previous quarter.
Public deficit General-government net lending or borrowing as a percentage of GDP. A negative value indicates a deficit.
ECB deposit rate European Central Bank deposit facility rate, expressed per annum.
EUR / USD ECB reference rate showing the number of US dollars per euro.
