Energy Infrastructure Forum
Every year in Copenhagen, the European Commission organizes the Energy Infrastructure Forum.
The Forum, which came to life in 2015, was designed for an exchange of information to consolidate the European energy strategy, seeking to remove any possible regulatory and technical obstacle for the creation of a true Union for Energy.
All the stakeholders of the European Union countries are invited to this annual Forum: National Regulatory Authorities, Energy Grid Operators, Project Promoters, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E), the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG), the Agency for the Cooperation of National Energy Regulators (ACER) and the European Investment Bank (EIB). The European Parliament and the European Committee of the Regions, the European Economic and Social Committee, and NGOs are also invited as legislators.
