Info Creative Europe - Culture & Audiovisual
Creative Europe (2013 - 2020) is the European Commission's framework programme for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. It has a budget of €1.46 billion (9% higher than its predecessors).
It follows the previous initiatives: CULTURE (2007-2013) and MEDIA (2007-2013) Programmes.

CREATIVE EUROPE aims to help the cultural and the creative sectors to seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation; to enable the sectors to reach their economic potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs, and social cohesion; to give Europe's culture and media sectors access to new international opportunities, markets, and audiences.
CREATIVE EUROPE provides funds for 2,500 artists and cultural professionals, 2,000 cinemas, 800 films, 4,500 book translations.
A financial guarantee facility of near €750 million has been provided in 2016 for small businesses.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Creative Europe Programme is open to the cultural and creative organisations from EU Member States, as well as from non-EU countries. Subject to certain conditions, the EEA (European Economic Area), candidate or potential candidate to enter to the EU and ENP (European Neighbourhood Policy) countries can also participate in the programme, on an equal footing with Member States.
The following non-EU countries are eligible:
