Network of experts on statistic

Network of experts on statistics

The EU rules on social security coordination protect the social security rights of mobile citizens. The functioning of these rules is assessed in statistical reports prepared by the network of experts on statistics on free movement of workers and social security coordination on the basis of data provided by Member States.

Statistical reports

These statistical reports assess the functioning of the social security coordination rules in the following areas:
  • applicable social security legislation
  • cross-border healthcare
  • unemployment benefits
  • family benefits

The main findings of these reports are also summarised in the separate report Coordination of social security systems at a glance. See the complete set of reports and thematic infographics for further information.
