EU strategy
European Union initiated a revolution on plastics. From 2030 all packaging plastics must be recyclable. It was decided the maximum quantities of bags per person/year. New rules, new limitations, many new opportunities for the stakeholders to discuss with the European institutions. The biodegradability properties of oxo-degradable plastics have already been excluded. Also certain plastic single-use products are now banned and the collecting waste strategy is more for reuse. |
