  2. To access your purchases (subscription or digital product) you need to log into eEuropa.org with your email you provided during the checkout.
  3. To manage your Account, select "My Account" in the top menu. 
  4. A new purchases? If you plan a new purchase we suggest you use the same email. This will allow you to use the same password to access your purchases and to see them all in the same account management window. Otherwise you will have to log in with various emails.
  5. Upgrade or downgrade or cancel? Do it at the end of the period already signed, because there will be no refunds. The service continues until the end of the subscription period.
